Dr. Nwachukwu is a General Dentist who has been practicing for over a decade serving various communities in Maryland. Her focus is on improving oral health literacy, while providing comprehensive patient-centered oral health care services among pediatric and adult populations in underserved communities.

Dr. Nwachukwu obtained her B.Sc. degree in General Biology at the University of Maryland, College Park. She earned her Dental degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and a Master of Public Health degree with Dental Emphasis (MPH-D) at A.T. Still University, Kirksville, Missouri. Her residency, which was completed at the Lutheran Medical Center Dental Residency Program in Baltimore city, was an Advanced Education in General Dentistry, with a focus on individuals with special needs and immunocompromised health issues.

In her current role as Dental Director, her focus includes improving access to oral care services and interdisciplinary patient care by implementing various community-based oral health programs at Park West Health System, Inc. She enjoys playing the piano, reading and spending quality time with her family.
