A lifelong resident of Baltimore City, Rob developed a keen interest in chemistry and biology while attending the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, where he earned his A-course diploma with a focus in science. After graduating magna cum laude at our nation's first school of pharmacy, the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in Science, Rob returned to Baltimore to embark on his career. Beginning his journey working in long term care pharmacy, he eventually found his niche managing community health center pharmacies, gaining valuable experience with long stints at Chase Brexton and AbsoluteCare. Since 2023, Rob has managed Park West Pharmacy at our Belvedere medical center site. Energized by a passion for science, and driven by a love for his hometown Baltimore City, Rob leads his team to go above and beyond every day to provide excellent pharmaceutical care that knows no limits and breaks down all barriers to quality health care for our community

Also, she completed an local anesthesia training at the University of Maryland Dental School and she is board-certified by the Maryland State Dental board to administer local anesthesia. She is a loving mother to two adult wonderful daughters. In her spare time she enjoys travelling and putting a smile on people's faces.

When not "drilling holes" in teeth, she enjoys taking a day trip to New York City with her twin sister to watch a Broadway play. Dr. Valentine resides in Baltimore County with her husband, Spencer, their young adult daughter, Noelle, and the family's spoiled Miniature Schnauzer, Mordecai.

Ihuoma Nwachukwu

Dr. Nwachukwu is a General Dentist who has been practicing for over a decade serving various communities in Maryland. Her focus is on improving oral health literacy, while providing comprehensive patient-centered oral health care services among pediatric and adult populations in underserved communities.
Dr. Nwachukwu obtained her B.Sc. degree in General Biology at the University of Maryland, College Park. She earned her Dental degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and a Master of Public Health degree with Dental Emphasis (MPH-D) at A.T. Still University, Kirksville, Missouri. Her residency, which was completed at the Lutheran Medical Center Dental Residency Program in Baltimore city, was an Advanced Education in General Dentistry, with a focus on individuals with special needs and immunocompromised health issues.
In her current role as Dental Director, her focus includes improving access to oral care services and interdisciplinary patient care by implementing various community-based oral health programs at Park West Health System, Inc. She enjoys playing the piano, reading and spending quality time with her family.
