Full Time Position
Provides counseling/therapy services for adults in an outpatient setting with a medical home model. The Mental Health Clinician performs client and/or community focused resource coordination activities to ensure clients and/or community members receive comprehensive care. The mental Health Clinician must also have background and knowledge of trauma and the effect it has on development. The Mental Health Clinician must process training and group facilitation skills, knowledge of related community resources, and the ability to collaborate with other community organizations and agencies.
Two years of providing mental health services to a diverse population.
Must be a LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW.
Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
Certified full-time, 2 years of ambulatory care experience with clinical and phlebotomy skills. Clinical skills, include assisting providers with routine patient care and procedures, communicating patient-related care issues to providers and nurse managers, ensuring medical supplies are stocked, completion of referrals, making appointments, sending out abnormal lab results and no show letters to patients.
Park West Health Systems, a network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers in northwest Baltimore City, seeks a licensed psychiatrist to join our staff on a part-time basis, providing consultation and ongoing clinical management of health center patients with mental health needs, including psychiatric care for patients enrolled in our robust multi-disciplinary HIV program.
We seek a candidate with love for community-based settings and collaborative care models, with experience and interest in mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and chronic medical illness including HIV. Spanish speakers are especially welcome to apply. Board certification and current license to practice in Maryland are required. This is an outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities.

This is a senior level management position that provides direct management assistance under the Program Director coordinating operations of Outreach Services, Medical Case Management/Treatment Adherence, Non-Medical Case Management, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, HIV related Primary Medical Care services, EFA Food/Housing and Transportation services. This position also provides grants administration support coordinating digital management and performance data reporting, overseeing clinical quality management, staff supervisions, and preparation for annual site visits.
Licensure required (LCSW-C), Substance Use certification preferred with progressive clinical/supervisory experience for a minimum of three years.
